365 days of activities: day 16

yesterday was national hug day. we drove over to starbucks after dinner and bought some cake pops and gave our kids hugs! flavors they had available were birthday cake and raspberry. very yummy!

365 days of activities: day 15

kids helped make homemade ice cream with our mega ice cream maker. used a different ingredient this time around (cream instead of half and half).

sammi taking her turn to shake the ball
the kids loved the ice cream even more this time around!
sammi decided her toy shovel was a better utensil for her ice cream

365 days of activities: day 13

today is national french fry day. so on our way home after grocery shopping, jeff thought of the idea of stopping in to grab french fries from different fast food restaurants. he picked up hardees, steak n shake, mcds, arby's, and bk. we sat in the middle of our living room and ate away!

segan likes getting his pic taken

jadyn loves the arby's fries

365 days of activities: day 12

we played thomas and friends matching game. sammi again was a little too young to understand the game. she just wanted to sit on top of the cards or grab it all.

365 days of activities: day 11

yesterday daddy entertained the kids with ball in a cup. each kid took turns moving the cups around and picking the right cup that had the ball under it. they had so much fun with it!
